These YoGos by Kellogg's provide an excellent snack or treat when you're on the run and need a quick burst of energy. They have a sugar kick to them and they are very tasty. Moreover, you get that fruity yogurt taste that is very satisfying. They can be addictive; they're that good!
Two negatives: YoGos contain partially hydrogenated oils which are not healthy for you. They also have artificial flavoring which is another thing that's not the healthiest, either. I love YoGos, but YoGos are YoGos are YoGos: They stay in the candy aisle of your supermarket. If you're truly interested in something that contains a substantial amount of yogurt or fruit in it then this product is not for you. I will take off a star for these matters to make this a four star review.
But, hey--who says that every single snack we eat has to be full of the very healthiest of foods, anyway? It's OK to have a sweet tooth; and, if you do, this is just the ticket! Buy some and see for yourself!
