I roast my own beans and buy these for the wife. She brews with a Toddy and I use a Espresso machine. We both love this brand. I sometimes use them too. I just wish Amazon would carry their Espresso blend.
They have also changed the packaging to help the people who got confused by the small decaf label. These beans are not de-caffeinated. Can be used with milk blended drinks and the flavor & quality still shine through. Only $7 a pound if purchased with subscribe and save. Organic, fair-trade and self sustaining farming. ------ WHAT A DEAL!

It is amazing that people take the time to write a reveiw about this coffee being decaf without:
1. Calling the live 800# on the bag and have one patiently that the bags say "swiss process decaf" on the side because that is the superior process they use IF IT IS DECAF (which would be clearly marked on the front of the bag) This coffee is NOT DECAF!
2. Trying this excellent, oily, rich dark-roast coffee to see that to get this (on subscription) with no shipping cost for $[...] a lb....is a steal....and when it gives
the good AM jolt....realize ..."must have caffeine"!

I blend my own coffee beans as I like a hearty, dark roast with solid body. This bean works very well for me in creating a great pot of coffee. It brews extremely well in a french press or espresso machine. If you also like to blend your own coffee beans you will find that it has the rich, warm tone needed to enhance the flavor of french roast, columbian and other dark roast beans.
