This brand of instant coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans, and is said to be one of the finest instant coffees. The type of Arabica coffee grown in Jamaica is mainly of a superior variety known as Arabica Typica. This variety does well both in and outside of the Blue Mountains. I drink this coffee at work and forgo the brews in the kitchen. My parents are from Jamaica and this coffee never fails to remind me of breakfast on the porch with fresh squeezed juices, ackie and saltfish and dumplings. It's definitely the best instant coffee I've tasted and better than most brews I've had.
