The low acid did not work for me. The roast was so dark that my wife would not use it. Darker than anything I've seen even from Starbucks.

Great coffee...I have IC, an autoimmune disorder that attacks the bladder lining. This coffee does not trigger severe pain and it also tastes very good!

I've been having stomach problems and decided to give this a try. I have to tell you that there's little difference between this French Roast and Seattle's Best, which is my favorite coffee. It's strong and has a nice taste. I would recommend this to folks who like a strong brew without the possibility of stomach problems later on.

To our surprise, we like this coffee. We continue to drink a combination of Gevalia/Starbucks grinds and Peet's grinds in the morning ... but we like this Low Acid coffee for late afternoons, and on some days we use it exclusively. It does not compete with the regular grinds ... its simply different, and pleasant.
