OK, so I'd say this is a medium maybe medium-light coffee. It has a delicious butterscotch type smell to the beans. The smell really comes through even after you've brewed a cup of coffee. I once left a cup of coffee out on my table for a day and a half and it still smelled delicious when it was ice cold.

I won't get into specific "undertones", or "aromas", but what I will tell you is that this is a very solid cup of coffee. Its flavour has its own character to it, and I'm starting to grow rather fond of it. Definitely worth a try.
