Mmm..coconutty December 6, 2008 lillyrose I never thought instant coffee could taste this good. Granted, it not fresh brewed but when I want something quick, this fits the bill. I love the hazelnut flavor, so I thought I'd give this one a try too. It's good, but it's not vanilla. Perhaps it's just me, but it tastes more like coconut than vanilla.
Wake-up Taste November 30, 2008 Yogi Tarzan (Brooklyn, NY) I like this coffee very much. It has a nice wake-up taste and I usually have two cups in the morning. It is as good as brewed coffee in my opinion and a lot faster to prepare.
I love this Vanilla coffee! November 24, 2008 Amit A. (Cupertino, CA USA) This is my favorite instant coffee. Nice smooth vanilla taste, not too much and not too little.
Sweet October 14, 2008 L. Miller (Virginia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
A client served me this instant coffee, and I went in search of it on local grocery shelves. It was in stock for several months over the Christmas holidays, then disappeared. The unflavored Nescafe is generally in stock, though I've not tried that. I don't drink the amounts of coffee many do. One 12 oz. cup a day will suffice, but that one cup has to be good. This is amazingly good, particularly for an instant. It's smooth and has a sweet taste, when served black. I thought that odd, and searched all over the canister's information to find what that taste is. Finally I asked a coffee afficionado, who said that coffee is naturally sweet to the taste, unless it is processed incorrectly or was processed from stale beans. I'm of an age now where I favor cream in my coffee, for my stomach's sake, but this coffee is good any way you want to take it.
great but then i expect greater...(go cold greek frappe on this!) September 8, 2008 baphomette de medici (blue state of pennsylvania) i am a recent fanatical convert to the nescafe family. totally! but i admit, after making two cups, i found i needed to make the cup with a MORE heaping tablespoon. actually i use a larger spoon and make THAT heaping in order to make the coffee come through. i think i'll just use the rest to make my own version of the greek frappe...maybe even make some coffee cocktails! so, it won't go to waste, but it wasn't as outstanding as i expected. it was just too 'mellow' ... hmmm, maybe make a regular cup of taster's choice...then add a spoonful of this....!
