 Cowboy coffee is GREAT Coffee! A+ November 19, 2008

The first reviewer doesn't know coffee or even understand what bitterness is. This coffee is not bitter and yes it's a darker coffee but it's full bodied and VERY GOOD! Just because it's darker doesn't make it french roast. Buy this coffee if you like darker K Cup coffee - you shouldn't be disappointed. And when I say darker K cup coffee that's darker relative to K Cup coffees. Grade A+ for this K Cup! One of the better K cups available if you like it a bit darker and bold with LOW acidity and LOW bitterness; these two latter qualities don't even apply here really. Good stuff!

I read plenty of reviews before purchasing this coffee. When I want to try something new, I always read customer reviews closely, paying special attention to the negatives. I decide whether I can live with the product's weak points, bc a drawback may not be relevant for me. For example, when I'm checking out new DVDs, close captioning is important. For those without hearing loss, subtitles may be superfluous. With that in mind, I want to preface this review by mentioning there are plenty of folks out there who feel that Cowboy Coffee is a GREAT tasting coffee. In fact, I could not find a negative review anywhere! I'm not a fan of coffee that puts hair on your chest; it's too bitter for me. The bottom line is: if you enjoy the extra bold blends like French Roast, you will probably love this stuff. If not, save your money. Plain and simple.
