From the supplier: Recent studies have provided new information on the negative health effects of caffeine consumption. A preliminary study from New Zealand, for instance, showed that four or more cups of coffee a day during pregnancy can interfere with a fetus' respiratory system. Another Duke University Medical Center study found that caffeine in four or five cups of coffee can increase blood pressure by five points, which may increase the risk of future heart disease.
